According to the airline's statement, this is the first scheduled service to Pakistan and South Asia, and it also represents the beginning of the budget carrier's ambitious worldwide growth campaign.
Starting February 2, Riyadh, the Saudi capital, and Jeddah, the commercial powerhouse, will both offer twice-weekly flights to Karachi. Executive Chairman Steven Greenway has stated that further cities are on the way.
"Flyadeal is excited to announce that more cities in Pakistan are on the way, and I want to commend the Pakistani authorities and our planning team for their hard work in bringing this new market into our family of year-round destinations," Greenway continued.
"Given the commercial, pilgrim, and familial ties between the two countries, as well as the strong cultural and historical links between the Kingdom and Pakistan, it was essential that Flyadeal would open its newest air corridor," he stated. "The two new Karachi routes also mark our entry into South Asia for the first time with scheduled services," he added, adding that they have already run Hajj charters to Pakistan this year.
Ticketing for flights to Pakistan is now available through the official airline channels.

From its three main hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, the capital of the eastern province, Flyadeal currently offers around 30 domestic and international routes to destinations in the Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. These routes are operated both year-round and temporarily.
Flyadeal is set to launch internal flights to Najran, Tabuk, and Yanbu from Dammam in just five weeks, starting on January 1. Furthermore, flyadeal services between Riyadh and Jeddah and Amman, the capital of Jordan, will begin operating on January 1. Like and Follow Saudi Expatriates page on Facebook
