From Sunday through Tuesday, the cold air mass is expected to have the greatest influence on the northern sections of the Eastern Province, Tabuk, Al Jawf, Northern Borders, and Hail, according to Hussain Al Qahtani, the official spokesperson of the National Centre for Meteorology. During this time, you may expect overnight lows of 0 to 3 degrees Celsius.

Al Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province will expect temperatures of 2–5 degrees Celsius on Monday and Tuesday as a result of the cold wave.

Strong winds, which may cause dust storms on Sunday and Monday in the impacted areas, will accompany the temperature drop. Recommend: Foreigners make up up to 50% of the Riyadh's population

Parts of Mecca and Medina, including coastal areas, may also feel the winds, especially during the day.

To ensure their safety, the NCM authority instructed locals to monitor center updates, implement appropriate measures, and adhere to official safety instructions.

Parts of Medina and Mecca may also continue to experience dust storms, which may cause vision issues in certain regions. Citizens and residents are urged by the center to stay alert and get ready for the impending weather. Follow Saudi Expatriates News on X platform
