Users will have a safe and easy method to pay for things online, in apps, and in stores using Google Pay.
Google Wallet will also make it easy for users to add and manage their cards, making it even more convenient and secure.
The objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aim to improve the digital payment ecosystem in the Kingdom, are in line with this strategic agreement.
This further demonstrates SAMA's resolve to build a strong digital payment infrastructure and reduce reliance on cash by adopting advanced, internationally accepted payment methods.
In order to meet consumer demands and solidify Saudi Arabia's position as a world leader in financial technology, this project is a component of larger initiatives. Like and Follow Saudi Expats page
