As part of the Ministry-approved regulations that seek to maintain a fair and balanced work environment while protecting the rights of both employers and domestic workers, it is normal to provide domestic workers with one day off each week.

Employers can streamline the processes involved in hiring domestic workers by utilizing Musaned's comprehensive services, which include everything from finding qualified candidates and electronic contracting to processing visas and keeping track of applications.

Publishing the laws and regulations governing domestic work in the Kingdom also helps to improve awareness of the rights of workers and employers.

While recognizing that compliance with these standards helps to improve the domestic work experience and enhance stability between the two parties, the platform urged all employers to follow them to create a work environment based on respect and mutual rights. Follow Saudi Expatriates on LinkedIn
