Saudi Arabia reveals Hajj packages for domestic pilgrims
In preparation for the Hajj 2025 (1446 AH), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia introduced four primary Hajj packages for its domestic pilgrims. Trending: New amendments of Saudi Labor Law come into effect
For Muslims living in Saudi Arabia or abroad who are interested in performing the Hajj rituals in June of this year, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched registration earlier this month.
The government has identified the Hajj packages, with the first package being associated with camps in Mina, a valley about six kilometers east of Makkah, to offer a high-quality service with shared housing.
This package starts at SR10,366 (not including transportation cost).
The second package's starting price is 8,092 Riyals; it includes lodging for hospitality camps that allow guests to share a room and excludes transportation.
The third package contains six towers that pilgrims use during the Hajj ritual of symbolic stone-throwing; it is positioned close to the multi-level Jamarat Bridge. Recommend: Saudi Arabia arrests 14 for involving children in begging
Prices for this package begin at SR13,150 and do not include transportation costs.
The fourth package includes a stay at the luxurious Kadana Al Wadi Towers, where you can take advantage of superior facilities and personalized attention.
Meals and alternatives for shared housing are included in this package. The pricing does not include the cost of transportation and starts at SR12,537.
The ministry has announced that, with the exception of the eligible pilgrim's guide, domestic pilgrims who have never undertaken Hajj before would be given preference while registering.
An additional requirement is that the validity of the national card or residency permit must extend until the tenth of the Islamic lunar month of Dhul Hijjah, which is the day after the Hajj completion. See Also: 3 women arrested for prostitution in Qassim region
Incorrect information turns the application useless; therefore, be sure to use proper and accurate details while registering.
The pilgrim must be in excellent health and free from any severe, infectious, or chronic ailments, according to the ministry. Vaccinations against meningitis and seasonal flu must be completed by the pilgrim.
This year, Saudi Arabia decides to not allow children in the Hajj rituals for their safety.
One of Islam's five mandatory tenets is hajj. At least once in a Muslim's lifetime, if they are able to do so, they must perform Hajj. Join Saudi Expatriates channel on Telegram for all updates
