Saudi Jawazat launches new e-services on Absher


In a joint effort with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), Maj. Gen. Dr. Saleh Al-Murabba, director general of the Saudi Passports (Jawazat), launched a number of new electronic services on the Absher platform. The venue for the event was the Riyadh-based Ministry Employees Club.

Absher new e-services include the following:.

* Ability to add dependents

* Renew a resident ID for a Saudi citizen's mother, and 

* Cancellation of expired exit and re-entry visas. Recommend: Saudi Central Bank announces working hours and holidays of Banks and Remittance centers

The goals of these updates are to strengthen digital transformation initiatives, make services more efficient and of higher quality, and simplify processes for beneficiaries.
