Video: 21 arrested for Impersonating as officers and robbing homes and pedestrians
Authorities in Riyadh announced the arrest of 21 people on charges of committing multiple thefts from pedestrians and residential residences while pretending to be security officers. Most Viewed: Traffic violations fines to return to the old price, after the discount period ends
The Riyadh region's Criminal Investigation and Research Department investigated complaints of suspicious activity involving unmarked vehicles equipped with security-like features and captured 18 Yemeni nationals and 3 Saudi citizens.
The group allegedly threatened and deceived victims by driving around in vehicles that had false security modifications, as stated by the Ministry of the Interior.
